Clear information about Along Your Way, so you know what to expect.
About the service
Along Your Way by Arqevon Labs is a digital travel companion. Your travel company may provide information about your booked journey in its own branding. Available sections vary by booking and company.
Your booking stays with your travel company
Along Your Way is not a travel contract and this website does not sell trips. Bookings, payments, changes, cancellation and fulfilment remain subject to your arrangements with the travel company and relevant service provider. Contact your travel advisor about these matters.
Access and responsible use
Only access your own booking or one you are authorised to use. Keep codes and your device secure. Do not share sessions or protected documents with unauthorised people. Misuse, unauthorised access and interference with the service are not permitted.
Information and updates
The app displays information available for your trip. An itinerary does not establish your live location or live flight status. Confirm important departure times, check-in requirements and instructions with your travel company or operating provider. Report errors so they can be investigated.
Offline use
Downloaded details and documents may remain available offline while the session and local storage allow it. Offline information can become outdated. Refresh with internet to receive changes. Maps, external websites and other online services are not fully available offline.
Availability and rights
We work to provide a secure, reliable app, but maintenance, networks or devices may temporarily limit access. Keep essential travel information in another suitable form too. Rights in the app, brand and design remain with Arqevon Labs or the relevant rights holder. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Contact and changes
Contact your travel advisor about your trip. For the app or this information, email [email protected]. These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the text you are reading.
