Who we are
Along Your Way is a product by Arqevon Labs, published by Gerritsen A.A. Holding B.V. Contact [email protected] for technical support and privacy questions. Your travel company is your contact for the original booking and the information it provides.
Information used by the app
The service processes a reservation number and lead traveller's surname to find a booking. Following access checks, the app uses an individual session. A trip may include names, dates, flights, accommodation, transport, references, contacts and documents. Access is limited to the authorised booking.
Why information is processed
Trip information is processed to make your booked journey available on behalf of your travel company. Functional usage counts and technical information support operation, security and assistance. Where Arqevon Labs determines these purposes, processing relies on service provision or the legitimate interest in a secure, reliable service. Your travel company determines the basis for its booking processing.
Storage and security
Connections use HTTPS. Trip information is additionally encrypted in transit to the app. Validated trip details, documents and checklist information can be stored encrypted on your device. This is not end-to-end encryption excluding the server. Clearing the cache removes local trip content; signing out removes the stored session and protected local information.
Usage, location and external actions
The service records app opens and authenticated request counts for the authorised booking. There is no advertising tracking in the app. Current startup code may request location permission but does not thereby read or share a live GPS position. Maps, calls, email, navigation and external websites may process information under their own policies when you choose to use them.
Recipients
Your travel company, authorised support staff and technical service providers may process information for delivery and security. Travel data is not sold for advertising. External map, communication and travel services may receive network information when used. Technical infrastructure may process information outside the EEA; applicable transfer safeguards must then be used.
Website and contact
This website has no marketing cookies, advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Hosting and secure delivery process technical request information such as IP address, time and requested page. Email correspondence is used to handle your enquiry.
Retention
Information is retained only as needed for service provision, enquiries, security and applicable legal obligations. Original bookings follow your travel company's retention policy. Local access is tied to session validity. Without a connection, the app can only learn about server revocation when internet access returns.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Email [email protected]. Appropriate identity checks may be needed without collecting unnecessary information. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
